It looks so pristine where you live. I can't imagine pollution would be an issue. You see from the map that there weren't many possibilities for us. Not only did I have to consider the issues listed, but my husband didn't want to live very far from his weekly card game :)) That narrowed the area considerably.
We never could have afforded this house if we didn't have 48 years of equity built up in the other. Now we just sit on it (I hope).
