klepon is synonymous with green, but now there are lots of klepon with various colors and it is very beautiful, and here I want to make a green klepon with grated coconut sprinkled on the outside and brown sugar filling inside, let's see the recipe, if you are a snack lover delicious sweet I think this is the right recipe
material for making klepon
200 grams of white glutinous rice flour
1 stick of palm sugar
100 grams of grated coconut
1 tsp salt
2 pandan leaves
green coloring
how to make a clamp:
(1) the first step is to take 200 grams of glutinous rice flour and then knead it with warm water until it is shaped like a dough and also add green coloring so that the dough will be colored later
(2) and then comb the sugar until smooth, then round the dough and put the brown sugar filling in it, and then boil the water first and add the pandan leaves so that it smells good
(3) then enter the klepon that was formed earlier, cook the klepon until everything floats, a sign that the klepon is cooked
(4) and then steam the grated coconut earlier using pandan leaves and after that put the cooked klepon into the steamed grated coconut
