young papaya and katuk leaves are a harmonious blend, but for the menu this time it is a traditional dish that has existed since ancient times, namely in the aceh language, "boh putek pepper sauce" young papaya pepper sauce, some Acehnese people may be familiar with this one dish even though it looks very simple but can spend a lot of rice without feeling it, hehehe
(1) take 1 young papaya and then cut it according to each other's tastes but try to cut the young papaya fruit thin so that it is tender quickly, and for the papaya not too young, try to have a little red so it tastes better
(2) after that prepare water then boil cayenne pepper and belimbing wuluh and salt, about 2 minutes after belimbing wuluh brown then remove and grind briefly until smooth
(3) after that, put the young papaya into the hot water, then add the ground spices to the pan and wait until the papaya is a little soft
(4) take the katuk leaves then pick them one by one and after that wash them clean then put them in the pan earlier, and cook for a while until the katuk leaves have changed color and the texture is a bit stiff
after that the papaya pepper sauce is ready to be served to be eaten by your beloved family
