Hello friends, everyone, hive and food lovers
hello everyone, come back with me again, on this occasion I want to share a recipe for spicy tauco which is suitable to be served with fried noodles or lontong during Eid.
actually here I use green chilies, these green chilies are not too spicy compared to cayenne peppers, and I also mix the green chili tauco with tempeh so that it tastes even better later if we eat it with fried noodles
because today I was fasting, my husband asked me to make noodles with peanut sauce, but I had already prepared it, I felt there was something missing and I decided to make this tempeh green chili tauco as a complement to my peanut sauce noodles, because of the taste of tauco and peanut sauce noodles are very suitable
Without waiting a long time I started preparing the ingredients to make the green chili tempeh tauco. By coincidence, yesterday I was given chili by my in-laws from the harvest in the garden. I am very happy to be able to process it today.
1 tomato
2 spoons of tauco
1 tempeh board
how to make :
(1) The first step is to cut the tempeh thinly, then add salt and fry the tempeh until golden brown, then set aside for a while.
(2) After that, cut the green chilies then wash the green chilies and cut the tomatoes too then wash everything clean
(3) prepare a little oil, sauté the green chilies and tomatoes then add 2 tablespoons of tauco, then add a little water, wait until the chilies wilt a little
(4) then just add the tempeh then stir well, here I don't add any spices such as salt and flavoring because there is already a salty taste from the tauco
and the green chili tauco tara and tempeh are ready to be served with peanut sauce noodles later when breaking the fast
That's all my post this time, I hope you like the green chili tempeh tauco recipe that I shared, and don't forget to try this recipe, friends,
See you in the next post, friends
