but today I want to try making it in an economical and simple version, the ingredients are also easy to find here, I use hunkwe flour, the topping includes jackfruit and regular corn, there is also nagasari with banana.
Ingredients for making nagasari:
8 tbsp granulated sugar
100 grams of jackfruit
1 piece of corn
1 coconut milk
how to make :
(1) the first step is to prepare the hunkwe flour first, put the hunkwe flour in a pan and also 8 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 1 coconut milk and add 300ml of water then stir well and then cook while stirring
(2) after that take the jackfruit then cut into small cubes and also flatten the corn after that wash it clean then put it in the hunkwe flour stir well until the hunkwe flour thickens
(3) After that, take 1 bowl and add pandan flavoring. After that, mix well. After it is even, take a mold, then put 1 part in white and the other in green. Do this until everything is used up.
Once everything is finished, then put it in the cooler so that it tastes even better. Enjoy it when it's cold. The cake tastes very delicious. The cake is soft, sweet and smells really good.
