In my area this dish is called "teukerabe corn" coconut seasoned corn that has been seasoned with salt and sugar so it is very delicious, I made this dish while reminiscing about my childhood when I often had breakfast with this old school food at my grandmother's house
Ingredients for making coconut seasoned corn:
100 grams of grated coconut
3 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tsp salt
Pandan leaves
how to make :
(1) the first step is to boil the corn first, you can also steam it, here I boiled the corn for about 10 minutes, after the corn is cooked then leave it to cool for a while
(2) After that, take 100 grams of grated coconut, then add 3 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt, then stir until everything is evenly mixed, then add pandan leaves and steam for about 8 minutes.
(3) After that, flatten the corn that has been boiled, then after that add the grated coconut seasoning and stir the grated coconut well until it blends with the corn and the coconut flavored corn tara is ready.
