Plant Power (Vegan)

come back with me on this occasion I want to make a vegan lunch side dish for my family, coincidentally today I cooked cah kale at my husband's request, without waiting a long time I started going to the market to buy some bunches of kale and spices other kitchen
After I came home from the market and started to put my baby to sleep so that I could cook in peace because my baby was already sleeping, I started to look at some of the ingredients that I would use, this vegan kale dish was very tempting for me, because I am a kale lover
Ingredients for making cah kale:
3 bunches kale
1 tomato
6 red chilies
6 red onions
how to make :
(1) The first step is to cut the kale, then wash the kale and set it aside for a while
(2) then cut the tomatoes and slice the chilies then wash them clean and set aside for a while
(3) After that, prepare a little oil to sauté the onions, tomatoes and chilies, saute until the onions and tomatoes soften slightly.
(4) then add the washed kale pieces into the sautéed tomatoes and onions and stir briefly
(5) Then here I don't use water anymore because when we cook the kale and cover the pan, the kale will cook by itself
and after that add a little salt, and don't forget to check the taste, cook for about 15 minutes and then the kale is cooked, this is a simple vegan menu that is very healthy
