Ingredients for making vegetable hun noodles:
2 vermicelli
a handful of bean sprouts.
1 tomato
4 Chinese cabbage leaves
5 tablespoons spicy noodle seasoning
How to make:
(1) The first step is to soak the hun noodles in hot water for about 3 minutes until the noodles are soft, then drain.
(2) After that, cut all the vegetables and wash all the vegetables thoroughly, and prepare a frying pan, pour in a little oil and then sauté 5 tablespoons of spices until fragrant.
(3) After that, add all the vegetables and also add 200ml of water, cook until the vegetables are slightly cooked, add a little salt and also 1 sachet of sweet soy sauce, and cook for about 10 minutes, then add the dried hun noodles, stir until everything is evenly mixed.
