Friends, I saw that chutney was prepared for dinner tonight which was not only sweet and sour but also very tasty. When asked, it is told that it is sweet and sour chutney of raw mango which is made due to my sin.

—͟͞͞★ He said that first of all take raw mangoes, wash them thoroughly and remove their peel.
—͟͞͞★ After removing the peel of the mango, cut the mango and separate it from the seed. You can cut it in any way, finely or like potatoes are cut.

—͟͞͞★ After cutting the mango, put it in the cooker, add water as per the quantity of mango and let it boil for 2 whistles so that the mango gets boiled properly.
—͟͞͞★ After the mangoes are boiled, you have to make syrup by melting jaggery or sugar and add boiled mangoes to the syrup and cook it.

—͟͞͞★ To make mango chutney even more delicious, do not forget to add spices to it. To maintain the taste, you will have to prepare the masala as per your taste and quantity. In which you add 2 spoons of cumin, 2 spoons of fennel and a little black pepper in a pan and fry it till it turns brown.
—͟͞͞★ You have to grind the roasted spices. And add it to the cooking mango chutney and mix it well. Apart from this, you can also add red chilli, black salt and chaat masala in it. And add some salt also. You can also add dry foods to it for taste. After mixing all these things, let it cook for some time so that the spices mix well.

—͟͞͞★ To keep the chutney for a long time, add tempering to it. To temper the chutney, add asafoetida, red chilli and cumin in mustard or refined oil, heat it and temper it. And let the chutney cool down. Did this to make delicious chutney.
