Sometimes to cook you don't just need the ingredients, but you also need the intention to start it hahah. The last few days I've been really lazy about doing activities because my hormones are approaching menstruation day. So I started thinking about what to cook that doesn't require a lot of energy and thought. And yep I'm thinking of stir-fried long beans with sliced chili onions and ginger. Simple and healthy vegetables.
Actually, I really want to share every photo of my cooking with all my friends. but when I was cooking, I seemed to forget the world because I was too focused on cooking. ha ha ha

stir-fry long beans
It might look like an ordinary vegetable, but that's because there is fresh sauce in this stir-fried vegetable. Stir-fried long beans are enough to finish off the rice in the rice cooker, you know. Hahaha
Ingredients
• long beans
• • 8 red chilies
• 10 cayenne peppers
• 2 pieces of garlic
• 3 red onions
How to make
Cut the long beans into 2 finger lengths. Not too long or too short. I don't know why it has to be cut like this, maybe so it's not difficult to eat. Hehehe
Slice the red chilies and cayenne peppers obliquely, then chop the red and white onions. Oh yeah, I also added a little ginger.
Let's cook
First heat a little cooking oil, then sauté the shallots. Once the shallots are fragrant, add the red chilies and cayenne peppers into it. Continue to stir until fragrant.
Add the washed long beans. After a while, the long beans wilt slightly. Add a little water and chopped tomatoes. Don't forget salt and sugar, friends. Cook until the long beans are evenly cooked.
Once the vegetables are cooked, serve immediately. Very delicious when served warm with warm rice.
