Hii Vegan Lovers, Greetings everyone, this is my first post in this community. Incidentally, it's been almost a year, I eat less meat, the goal is for health. Because every year the age also increases. In the first content, I want to share the recipe for "Fresh Coconut Water and Grapes", which I usually drink when the weather is hot, like today.
As we know, coconut water is very good for body health and skin beauty, namely: slowing aging, regulating blood pressure and cholesterol, good for digestive health, preventing kidney stone disease, supporting body organ function, dispelling free radicals, and replacing body fluids that are lost.

Last day, I bought coconut water for NT$ 25 or IDR 13,000 or US$ 0.9 at an Indonesian shop. As for the other ingredients, I got them in the fridge at home.
The materials needed are:
• 1 can of coconut water
• 5 green grapes
• 5 purple grapes
• 5 ice cubes
• Lime

How to present
• Slice green grapes (seedless)
• Slice blue grapes (remove seeds)
• Pour coconut water into a serving glass
• Drops of lime juice to make it more fresh
• Ready to serve
If I already shared the benefits of coconut water, then grapes also contain rich nutrients, vitamins that are very good for body health: maintaining heart health, maintaining eye health, reducing cancer risk, preventing diabetes, maintaining brain health, strengthening bones, getting rid of cancer. inflammation in the body and deep sleep

In order to get the maximum benefits of grapes, you can eat them when the fresh fruit, or you can also make a drink like this. You can get many benefits from the content of grapes, coconut water, and lime juice. This refreshing drink is perfect for enjoying during the day, especially when the weather is hot.
That's all for my #PlantpowerVegan, thanks for stopping and reading. I am very happy to be able to share my recipe, photography, and my life as an Indonesian in Taiwan. See you in the next post. May we all always be given health and prosperity always.
