This is an already peocessed meal i cooked some time ago and i still keep the picture in my phone to keep reminding me how good looking i was then, it really doesn't take much to prepare the meal but it gives qn incredible taste.
Avocado, rice & vegetable
Ingredients
• 3 cups of rice.
• pumpkin leaves (quantity you want).
• palm oil or groundnut oil.
• one big buld of onion.
• seasoning cube.
• crayfish
• salt to taste.
• Fresh pepper.
Preparation:
• While per boiling your rice, wash your vegetables very well to ensure there is no sand.
• wash your rice using your sieve.
• put a dry pot on fire, put in your gr9undnut oil or palm oil then add your onions, a little crayfish and other ingredients to taste.
• allow it to cook and soften the vegetable before you stir it.
•As soon as it have soften, stir it, add the remaining crayfish to give you a better taste.
