Hello! It looks very tasty. I have never seen such an interesting use for mendal. It would never even have occurred to me that it could be mixed with rice. And the breading gives a very appetizing crust. I almost started drooling :)
Your recipe made me think of a very old recipe. Which my mother prepared for me a long time ago. These are buckwheat cutlets. They just looked about the same. At first I even thought it was them.
