Greetings to you all hivers today I want to share with you guys how I prepared my bangs stew.
First what is Banga stew: Banga stew is prepared with palm fruit from palm tree and other ingredients attach when eaten it taste good when prepared without spicy it turns to Banga soup.
Banga stew is one of the lovely food eaten in Nigeria mostly for Anambra state it is from them. The best leaf to use is sent leave you can also prepare with curry leaf.
ingredients
- two custard of Palm fruit
- Handful of Sent leave
- Two onions
- One ginger
- Handful of pepper
- Local spice (okpei)
- Salt to taste
- Five cup of rice
First I wash and cook the palm fruit till soft
As I was waiting for it I get things ready

When it soft I pour in my mortal
And pound
After pounding I extract the oil by first adding hot water
then used cold so as to not hurt after that I use sieve to separate oil and chaf after that I did it the second time
then I set it to boil when the oil boiled I add pepper
after the pepper I add ginger
after it I add the local spice which is okpei called by Nigerian
after it I add my onions
after onions I add salt
then cover the pot to boil together as I was waiting for it to boil I slice
and wash the sent leaf
after it had boiled I then add sent leaf to the boiled stew.
Wow my stew is ready.
After the stew I perboiled the rice
after perboiling I wash and cook
when the water dries and the rice is soft I then off my gas. Wow what a recipe
