I want to share how I made plantain porridge and beans with water leaf .
Plantain is a very common food in ìgbo land gotton from the farm and eaten by the people.
Plantain can serve as many types of food in Nigeria like plantain porridge
- Plantain and beans
- Fried plantain
- Plantain cheaps
- And many others.
So I made this delicious delicacy for my kids because they love plantain and this time around I decided to use water leaf to cook it.
Let's start to know how I made this wonderful delicacy.
Ingredients
- Half bunch of plantain
- 1 cup of beans
- 1 basin of water leaf
- 9 pics of tomato
- 1 onions
- 1/4 cooking spoon of salt
- 2 lylone of pepper
- 1 small plate of oil
- 1 handful of sent leaf
procedure
First I put the beans in the pot and set to perboile.
As I was perboiling the beans I slice my plantian and get other things ready.

When the beans was done I wash it and then pour it back to the pot and pour the plantain in it and allow to boil.
When it boil I added salt then I add onions, pepper, fresh tomatoes and allow it to boil. As it was boiling I slice the waterleaf
together after boiling I then add red oil and stir then the water leaf and the sent leaf and stir together.

Wow the plantain and beans is ready to serve
