Hello, foodies lovers greetings Today my recipe is making finger food for a party. I am a member of one NGO organization. we had some activities going on these days each person come with some snacks or cake to share with others. When my turn came I was thinking what shall I make a little different than others? I had made green and red hummus a couple of days before and it was in the fridge, using that hummus? some idea strikes in mind and it works out.
Ingredients;
1 cup vegan mince made with mushroom and walnuts.
1/2 cup green hummus
1/2 cup red hummus
1/2 cup carrot paprika mince
15 cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup seedless olives
14+ brown bread slices
2 tbsp olive oil
5-6 leaves of lettuce
2 sprigs of coriander
1/4 black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 dried oregano
1/2 dried rosemary
From these ingredients, I made around 25 mini toasts.
Made the round-shaped cuts, out from bread slices using a cookie cutter
In olive oil mix spices and salt and made a nice dressing to brush bread rounds.
Brush dressing on all bread slices.
After brushing them all they are ready to go in the oven.
These bread rounds are baked at 170c for 8-10 minutes (they are crispy but not hard.) varying from oven to oven.
Now the fun part I garnish these bread slices according to my idea.
first lettuce
vegan mince and green hummus.
Than olive.
All slices have been done in various ways and everybody was very happy with the finger toasts
