Hello, world greetings today I made some no-bake cookies and coconut balls/laddus using dried coconuts from our garden and some nuts, and healthy ingredients. sesame seeds haleem/Cress seeds (Lepidium sativum), white poppy seeds and gum Arabian. which all are beneficial for overall health.
Ingredients:
400 grams jaggery contain rich in many vital vitamins and minerals,
1/2 cup cashew
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup almonds
Cashews provide more vitamin K and zinc, but almonds make a better choice for fibers, vitamin E and calcium. good for heart health.
Raisin keep the digestive system healthy.
3 tbsp white poppy seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds contains calcium and magnesium protein and dietary fibers
3 tbsp Haleem seeds(Lepidium sativum) contain iron, folate, vitamins C and E as well as dietary fiber
2 tbsp gum Arabian source of prebiotics and soluble fiber.
700 grams of dried coconut grated finely.
Miracle food contains MCTs, which are metabolized differently than other types of fat. It provides carbs and protein along with many essential minerals, such as manganese, copper, iron, and selenium.
We have lots of dried coconuts in our garden. They are 100% organic. Better to use them possible way, we will plan to make our organic coconut oil soon. but now I am using them in different recipes. Mostly in desserts.
Grating coconut using a grater.
Broken jaggery in small pieces using stone.
Crushed nuts and roasted them on low heat.
Roasted sesame seeds, poppy seeds. and Haleem seeds also.
Roasted gum Arabian until it became pops.
The seeds and nuts are roasted and all mixed together.
Making jaggery syrup in jaggery adding 1 cup water cooking until syrup test.
Taking one drop of syrup in between fingers if it is sticky enough to make string then the syrup is ready.
Now pouring all nut and seeds mixture into syrup.
Then grated coconut.
Mixed all ingredients thoroughly and waited 5 minutes to mixture cool down.
Taking small portions in the hand and making round shapes.
Here are the round shape balls/laddus, some of them I kept like this.
And some I pressed and made cookie shape.
Here are our no baked cookies and laddus are ready. the ingredients I used each one has many important benefits for overall health. Good for bone prevent arthritis, immune booster, improves brain function, is good for Healthy Heart, increases hemoglobin, good for the digestive system. aphrodisiac, Coconuts contain polyphenol antioxidants that can help protect cells from damage, which prevents chronic disease. Boosts milk production in new mothers.
