Broccolini is tenderstem Broccoli.
Hello, friends, food lovers, and community members!
Today, I made a new experiment by making green pesto using broccolini, the tender tops of broccoli. I read that broccolini is the cultivated broccoli with Chinese kale, invented in Japan a few years ago, and has now become popular as broccolini. Norwegian gardeners have quickly adopted this vegetable as well.
This is the season for broccolini here now. Available in all supermarkets. This vegetable is milder in flavor than traditional broccoli, but has many additional health benefits. Broccolini is packed with essential vitamins and minerals that promote oral health and overall wellness, including Vitamins C, B1, B2, B5, B6, E, K, etc.
It is easy, quick, and healthy, with other vegetable combinations
delicious as well.
