Hello friends, food lovers, and community greetings! since I am here in New Hampshire. A little bit uncomfortable making food because of the kitchen and the ingredients.
Publishing this recipe before we travel to the USA, I used up the fresh ingredients from the refrigerator.

1 cup cooked brown chana/chickpeas
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger garlic
1 tbsp oil
Chopped all vegetables
Add oil in a warm saucepan.
Add ginger garlic paste to it.
stir it well until it gets aromatic.
Stir in spring onion.
Add one by one all chopped vegetables.
Salt.
My style soup masala.
chopped coriander.
Water sufficient for cook vegetables.
after vegetables get softer squeeze Juice of half lime.
Add brown chickpeas.
Cook for 2-3 minutes, and the soup is ready.
I got good help here, from my husband showed his interest in making the chapatis, the Indian flat bread. I made dough with wheat flour, salt, and water.
Here is how he tried to make them.
They are not perfect rounds, but a good try at rolling the dough ball.
And using the kitchen towel to puff them.
He made it.
And it was a very special dinner that evening.
thank you very much.
