Today I will show you a simple and easy solution for vegans. You don't need to find some alternative.
Ingredients:
1 cup peeled and chopped potato in chunks.
1 cup cauliflower florets.
1/2 cup sweet peas.
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup fresh treated coconut
1/4 cup coriander.
Put all vegetables in a pan. Including coconut and coriander.
Add salt and turmeric.
Add 1/2 cup water cover and cook it on low heat until the potato turns soft.
After 15 minutes it should be ready.
Enjoy with roti, rice, or Chapati Pancakes.
