Hello, friends, and greetings to the community. After a few days of heavy festival food, my stomach wanted a little pause, so today I made a simple vegetable and fruit salad.
Ingredients:
7-8 cherry tomatoes
1/4 pineapple
1 apple
1/2 onion
2 carrots
1 avocado
1/2 lemon
1/2 pomegranate
Washed, cleaned, and peeled required fruits and vegetables.
Chopped pineapple, carrots, and cabbage, and cut pomegranate
removed kernels.

3 basil leaves
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp mustard
2 tbsp roasted sunflower and pumpkin seeds.
