Hello, friends and all hivers New Year is coming soon Happy New Year to you all in advance. Today sharing my recipe for how to make 100% natural, healthy, and nutritious coconut milk simple way.
You need coconut, a knife, a strainer, and a mixer.
2 coconut freshly picked
2 cups of water
coconut grater/scraper
cheesecloth
strainer
Knife if you don't have a grater/scraper.
coconut without husk.
break the coconut, drink or save water for making any drinks or using it in food.
Grate/scrape them or cut them into small bits using a regular knife.
it is fresh and juicy shredded/grated coconut.
I saved 1.5 cups for some other food.
Prepare a strainer and cheesecloth. for very special milk use a cheesecloth together with a strainer. Otherwise, only the strainer is enough for it.
Put grated coconut in the mixer jar 2 cups and add water 1 cup total of 2 cups of water for 950 ml milk.
Grind it in a fine paste in the mixer.
Pour the paste into the cheesecloth/strainer.
Squeezing the cheesecloth collect the milk in the bowl/pan through the strainer so you get very creamy and fine milk.
I measured it was almost 1 liter 950 ml. very thick, creamy and fine milk.
The scrap I ground and made thin milk was around 600 ml which I used for making solkadhi. That recipe I had published a long time back.
I saved 1.5 cups of grated coconut for use in other food.
