Hello, everybody greetings. and happy Easter. here in India getting summer heat trying to make simple lunches for cooling down. and easy to not stand in front of the stove. but the breakfast and dinner we use to eat warm vegan as possible. Today is one special holiday here after having some temple visits we feel very trusty as well as hungry so having a lot of different tropical fruits from the local market plus mango and sapota from the garden banana from the temple I made this salad instead of mixing all fruits bites together little creatively adjust them and my husband said it is a royal salad. for me, it is simple now you people decide a name for this salad.
The fruits I used:
papaya
mango
sapota or Chiku
pomegranate
orange
banana
pineapple
5 black grapes
Started with pomegranate peeling separating kernels
Then chiku/sapota.

All fruits are ready to put on a plate.
