Crackers are made of two ingredients.
Apple salsa dip.
Hello, everybody and community. Here today's recipe is made with two ingredients easy and delicious healthy snacks for party or weekends visitors.
Ingredients:
1 cup homemade hummus
3/4 cup semolina.
1/2 tsp sesame seeds seasoning.
Mix the hummus and semolina together. Hummus has contain salt oil spices so don't need any extra ingredients here. in case need some water add gradually 1 or 2 tsp.
Make dough not so hard not so loose easy to roll. Cover it in plastic or a container and keep it aside.
Meanwhile, make salsa dip.
Ingredients:
1 apple
1 tomato
1/2 red onion
3 salted chilies
1/2 red paprika
1 dried tomato
2 sprigs of basil
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp sugar.
1/3 lime for juice.
Put one by one ingredients in the mixer or blender. together with lime juice.
keep the mixture crunchy and add salt sugar and pepper.

Back to making crackers.
Make a ball from the dough.
And roll it using a rolling pin.
Make a 1/2 cm thin sheet of dough.
Sprinkle some sesame seeds on it. using a cookie cutter make a round or Using a pizza cutter make squares. I made rounds.
Prick each round using a fork to avoid air bubbles.
Carefully separate them and shift them one by one on a baking tray.
At 180C preheated oven bake them around for 12 minutes which is variable from oven to oven watch them carefully, they can brown very easily after 10 minutes.
Here they are nice crunchy crispy and tasty crackers to enjoy with apple salsa dip.
