- 2 medium sized beetroots.
- A chopped onion.
- Curry leaves.
- 2 pods of chopped green chillies.
- Salt to taste.
- A few sticks of cinnamon.
- 1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
- 1 teaspoons of chilli powder.
- 2 Cup of coconut milk.
- 1/4 tsp Mustard Powder.
- 1/4 tsp Fenugreek.
- 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder.

Method...

First, wash the beetroot, remove the skin and cut into pieces. As shown below.

Then add the second cup of coconut milk to the boiled beetroot.
Cook it for about 3 minutes until the coconut milk thickens.
