Today, I prepared a fresh batch of lotus sambal. In our country, this dish is known as "lotus stem sambola." This particular sambal is not only delicious but also highly nutritious. Now, let's take a look at the ingredients required and the process of making this dish.


š Lotus root 250g.
š Juice of half a lime.
š A chopped onion.
š 2 pods of chopped green chillies.
š A chopped tomato.
š 1 teaspoons of pepper powder.
š Salt as required.
š 1 1/2 teaspoons of crushed chili powder.
š coconut oil 300ml.

First take the Lotus root, remove the upper layer and cut it into thin slices.

Then, take a pan and add oil to it. Fry the cut lotus root on low flame until it turns golden.

Then, add chopped tomatoes, green chillies, and onions to this cup.
4 step.
Then add chopped chili powder, chili powder and salt to the required amount.

Then add lime juice to all these and mix well as shown below.
