Ingredients;
- Lotus root 200g.
- A chopped onion.
- 2 pods of chopped green chillies.
- A chopped tomato.
- Curry leaves.

- 2 teaspoons of chilli powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder.
- 1 Cup of coconut milk.

Method...

Cut the well-washed and cleaned lotus roots into slices.

Then put a pot on the stove, add about 3 cups of water and put the cut Lotus Roots in it and cook it for about 10 minutes. Add some turmeric powder to it.

Then put 3 table spoons of oil on the stove and when the oil heats up, add the chopped garlic.

Then add coconut milk to it. Stir it well and cook for about 3 minutes and finally add the chopped tomatoes.
