Ingredients;
- About 3 or 4 Ash Plantain nuts.
- A chopped onion.
- 2 pods of chopped green chillies.
- Curry leaves.
- A few sticks of cinnamon.
- Salt to taste.
- 1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
- 1 teaspoons of chilli powder.
- 2 Cup of coconut milk.
- 1/4 tsp Mustard Powder.
- 1/4 tsp Fenugreek.
- 1/2 teaspoon of curry powder.
- 2 garlic.

Method...

First, wash the Ash Plantain fruit, remove the skin and cut it into pieces. As shown below.

Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, fenugreek, curry powder and salt to the required amount and keep it on the stove and cook it for about 15 minutes.

Then in the meantime stir the curry well several times.

After 15 minutes, add the second cup of coconut milk and cook for about 3 minutes.
