We have to follow balanced steps for our success. That is our life. Today, I am sharing a delicious mushroom frying recipe. Let's see how to make it.
Ingredients;
- Mushroom 150g
- A chopped onion
- Curry leaves.
- Salt to taste.
- A few sticks of cinnamon.
- 1/2 Teaspoon of turmeric powder.
- 1 teaspoons of chilli powder.
- 2 garlic
- A piece of ginger
- 1 teaspoons Tamarind
- 2 tablespoons of coconut oil

Method...
1 step๐
First take the mushroom and wash it well and break it into small pieces. In columnar form.
2 step๐
Then take a vessel and put 2 table spoons of oil and let it heat. Once oil is hot, add crushed ginger and chopped garlic and mix it well.
3 step๐
Then add finely chopped onions, cinnamon and curry leaves and mix it well.
4 step๐
Then add chilli powder, salt and turmeric powder and stir well.
5 step๐
Then add the chopped mushrooms. mix it well and fry it for about 10 minutes. And in the meantime collect the tamarind. As in the following images.
