I was eager to do something with my life today so i remembered this recipe that we use to cook back in the day's, with banana and the leaves to dish out. This recipe is one in a million . In those days if you don't have money for banana seed, you can use the leaves to dish out your food it gives the same taste with the seed. My grandmother who introduced me to this wonderful recipe always eat her jollof rice with banana leaves is her favourite.
INGREDIENTS USED
Three cups of rice
Two seed of banana
Some pieces of banana leaves

One teaspoon of curry powder
One teaspoon of salt for taste
One bulb of onion
Four pieces of fresh pepper
Five pieces of fresh tomatoes
Two sachet of tomatoes paste
Three pieces of garlic
Vegetable oil
Water
PROCEDURE
Here is the process I used in making this delicious 😋 recipe
I first wash my rice with a bowl and pour into my pot to pre_boil for like 10 minutes
When my rice is still on fire I start to prepare all my ingredients
I washed all my ingredients and start to slice them one after the other and set them aside
Now when my rice has boil I bring it down and use my sieve to remove the water
I set my pot on fire to dry water and after drying water I add my vegetable oil and add my cut garlic and mix
Then after that I add my chopped tomatoes and pepper then mix as well
After that I add my sachet tomato paste and mix and allow it to fryer for some minutes
Then after I add curry powder, nutmeg and salt for taste and mix together then add water and live the water to boil before I add my rice
Now my water has boil I add my rice and cover my pot to cook
Then put my banana leaves in a bowl and wash as well
Here my rice is ready to be serve, only looking at the face of this food you will know that the taste will be so yummy and delicious
Time to dish out my delicious food with my banana leaves every yummy and nice
