Ok guys there is this food that I bring to the table today not everybody likes it. But it helps to boost the immune system and also reduce sugar in the body but I don't know why many people don't like it much. Because it is an olden days food and no body want to live the life of an old man or woman but one thing we forget is that all those food then have a benefit to our system. Today I decided to make one for my household to enjoy.
INGREDIENTS USED BELOW
6 pieces of cocoyam (EDE)
Half cup of red oil
Salt for taste
5 pieces of fresh pepper
One small size of onion
Utazi
Two cup of oil bean(ugba)
Water
PROCEDURE
In this procedure I show you guys how I made this food without taking much of your time
I wash my cocoyam in a bowl and put into my pot then add water,salt for taste and cook for 25 minutes
Then wash my utazi leaf and cut into pieces set aside
Aslo wash my onions and pepper together and also cut them into pieces and set aside
Here my cocoyam is now well cooked I bring it down and put in a plate for it to cool for like 5 minutes then peel
Then set my pot on fire on a low heat to dry after drying I add red oil
Then add my chopped of onions and stir it every well
After that I also add my cut pepper and salt and stir them also and leave for awhile
Then add my Oil bean and stir also for it to be well mix
After that I add my utazi leaf also it together now you can the out come of my sauce
Only looking at the face of this sauce you will know that it will be so delicious
Time to dish out my delicious meal yummy and nice with a good taste 😋
One thing I like about this food is that it is every nutritious to the body building and also helps in the growth of our health
