Today I made a sweet and nice recipe for a long time friend who traveled out last two years ago and now she is back in town and decided to visit me so I made a local recipe for her to enjoy.
INGREDIENTS USED
Three pieces of sweets potatoes 🥔
One cup of red oil
Seven pieces of fresh pepper 🌶️
One bulb of onion
One teaspoon of salt
Some pieces of scent leave
One cup of oil bean (Ugba)
Two pieces of ripe plantain
Water
PROCEDURE
In this procedure I will show you guys how I made this recipe out
First I peel my sweet potatoes 🍠 and peel the ripe plantain and wash them, then put them into a pot of water add some little bits of salt and cook for some minutes
Here I start to prepare all my ingredients by washing them and put the fresh pepper into a mortar and divide the bulb of onion into two and put together with the pepper and pound and after pounding them I add my scent leave also and pound
Then check my pot and the food is ready so I bring it down and set aside
Then set another pot on fire and add my oil when the oil has heat I add my pounded ingredients into it then add my chopped of onions, oil bean (ugba) and salt for taste then mix together and cover for awhile
Here my scent leave and oil bean (Ugba)Sauce is ready
Then I dish it out for my friend to have a taste because it has really been long she eats local food
