My kids was craving to eat cake so I decided to use what I have to make what they want for them. Today is my first time of using potato to make a cake and to my greatest suprise my kids love it because they are lovers of potato anything you made with potato they will love to eat it because they love it,because of the natural sweetness that comes out of it
INGREDIENTS THAT I USED
Two middle size of potato
One bulb of onion
Four pieces of fresh pepper 🌶️
One teaspoon of salt for taste
Four pieces of green beans
One cup of vegetable table oil
One teaspoon of nutmeg powder
Water
PROCEDURE
In this procedure I will teach and show how I made this potato into a cake
First I peel my potato and then cut into pieces then wash it with a clean water and used my hand grinder to grind my potato into a clean plate
After grinding it I start to prepare my ingredients, first wash my bulb of onion and cut into pieces and also wash my fresh pepper and cut into pieces then cut my green beans also and set them aside
After all this process I first add my chopped of onions, pepper 🌶️, green beans, nutmeg powder and salt for taste then mix them all together
I then set my pot on fire to dry water after drying water I add my vegetable oil
When my oil has heat so I start to add my mixed cake into it to fryer
Here my cake is ready so I bring it out for my kids to enjoy and have fun
They potato cake is amazing so delicious 😋 that you will never know that it is potato because the taste was good and yummy
