Quiero compartir con ustedes como preparar: jugo para mantener la piel lozana.
Algunos alimentos son beneficioso para la piel, como lo son: la patilla, naranja y la remolacha.
Es importante que incluya en tu comida estos alimentos, ya que contiene nutrientes, minerales y vitaminas, que ayudan a mantener la piel hidratada.
Recomendación: al jugo no se le debe agregar mucha cantidad de azúcar,eso hace daño para el organismo.Si se toma natural es mejor.

Ingredientes:

• 1/4 de patilla.
• 1/2 de remolacha.
• 2 naranjas.
• 2 cucharada de azúcar , opcional.

Preparación del jugo:

• Picar la patilla en trozos pequeños y sacarle las semillas.

• Picar por la mitad la naranja , para exprimir el jugo
