Holla friends, I'm happy to share a delicious pasta twist and carrot recipe with you, prompted by Hive Top Chef for this week, and the theme is carrot. I'm happy to participate, and I hope I'm not too late.
For this delicious and affordable recipe, I used the following ingredients.
500g pasta
1 onion
8 cherry red tomatos
4 medium carrots
100g bean sprout
1 tablespoon soy sauce
5 tablespoon garlic sauce
5 tablespoon chilli sauce
1 cooking spoon vegetable oil
Curry and hot pepper
2 tablespoons Salt
Now, let's make a delicious pasta with the above ingredients.
First, wash and cut down vegetables. I started with the tomatoes, onions, carrots and lastly, the bean sprout.
Next, precook pasta for 5 mins, add salt, and seive after 5 minutes, set aside.
In a clean pot, add vegetable oil, onions, and tomatoes, allow to fry.
Then add the chilli sauce, soy sauce, garlic sauce, and all the spices. Stir constantly to avoid burning and add carrots.
Now, add precooked pasta twist, little water and allow to cook for 3 minutes, add green bean sprout, stir and turn off the heat. Our delicious meal is ready.
