Hey everyone! I hope you all are doing well.It is my first time that I am posting in community.
As I mentioned in my intro post, that I am very well in cooking🔪.So that I cooked lady finger (Bhindi).I hope you will love this recipe.
Ingredients
1 Kg Bhindi
Half Kg onion
5 Green chillies
2 Big size tomatoes
Spices( One tablespoon black paper.Two tablespoon salt.One tablespoon red chilli.One tablespoon red chilli flakes. One tablespoon termeric.One tablespoon dry coriander.One tablespoon mix spices .Two tablespoon bason)
Let's cook
As we know, when we take vegetables from Bazar, so first we wash it. So as usual, I washed bhindi.
After washing it, I started to cut it. I picked my knife and separate the extra edges of bhindi. And cut it
into small equal size. Here is the cut bhindi.
Ater this I take a wide pot and put some oil in the pot for frying the Bhindi.
I fried it then take out from the pot.
Ater this I added some ingredients in the left oil .Like onions ,tomatoes and green chillies.
I fried them very well in the oil.

I also added dry spices so that taste will be yummy.
Ater fring all the ingredients l put some water and also added half fry** Bhindi**.So that all the spices
and Bhindi cooked very well.I left it on the low flame for five minutes.
Ater 5 minutes I dish out it on a beautiful dish.Because the Bhindi was ready for eating.
