Welcome to my blog. I hope guys you all are doing well. Today i am sharing my potato and brinjal recipe in . Its a pure vegetable for vegan lovers. Brinjal is a very tasty vegetable. Its also called egg plant.
Ingredients
Half kg brinjal
Half kg potato
2 small size onions
1 big size tomatoe
1 small size garlic
4 green chillies
(Spices) two tablespoon salt, one tablespoon red chilli, two tablespoon turmeric, one tablespoon black paper and one tablespoon garam masala. These spices are available in every home.
Let's cook
First I chopped all the ingredients into chopper machine and cut the potatos and brinjal into small pieces. I washed them very well so it could be clean.
Then i took the same pot that you see in my blogs. I put some oil and chopped ingredients like onions, green chillies, garlic and tomatoe in the oil for frying untill it changes into light color.
I cooked it at low flame for five minutes then put all the spices and One cup of water so that it cooked well.
Then i added potatoes and brinjal in the mixture . I added 2 cup of water so that it cooked well.
I cooked it for 15 minutes.
when water dry and oil looked in the vegetable i fry it for 2 minutes. Finally the food is ready.
I take it out on a dish and looks very delicious. I ate it with white rice. You guys also try it. Brinjal may help to lower the risk of many heart diseases such as heart attack and stroke by apparently reducing the damage caused by free radicals. It may help with blood circulation in the heart due to its essential components such as bioactive compounds, potassium, fibre and vitamin. Thanks for watching. Allah Hafiz! Good bye👋.
