Hi Hive friends in this community, do you have the Sago in your country that I wrote about in this recipe? This sago is believed to relieve stomach ulcers or stomach acid and I believe in this. and to make this sago bowl is also not difficult, you can just watch your favorite drama or look at your social media home page and there are not many ingredients so it doesn't dirty your plates a lot.
The ingredients needed to make this sago bowl porridge are:
1. 1 pack of sago (if you don't have sago like this in your country, you can measure it by weighing 100 grams)
2. 20 grams of palm sugar (this dose is adjusted to my taste and the taste is sweet enough, but if you feel it is still not sweet enough you can add more ingredients according to your taste)
3. 150 ML water
4. toppings. (The toppings I use are oats, cheese and orange. However, if you don't use any toppings, it doesn't matter or whatever decoration you like so that this porridge looks tempting for you to enjoy immediately, or you can add strawberries, avocado or berries. Basically it's up to you you guys..ha..ha..)
how to make :
1. One thing that must be considered when making sago porridge is that the sago must be soaked first for approximately 5-10 minutes so that the sago becomes soft and while waiting for the sago to soften, we can prepare the other ingredients.
2. Once the sago is soft I will start cooking it and what I do is put the palm sugar into the pan then I mix in the soft sago and I only put in the sago while I leave out the soaking water.
3. After that I added new water and I cooked it over medium heat while continuing to stir until it thickened. This stirring process takes around 3-5 minutes and once it thickens the porridge is ready to be served.
4. To make it taste more delicious, I used oats, chea seeds and orange to have a fresh, fruity sensation in the mouth.
This sago porridge can be enjoyed for 2 people and is very suitable for people suffering from ulcers or acute stomach acid. This is very delicious to make and very easy, anti-complicated and anti-failure. and when you make this recipe, if you soak the bowl of sago for too long during the soaking process and the soaking water is already included then it doesn't matter, you just need to add a little more water to the pan.
how easy it is to make it, right? Enjoy trying my recipe and don't get bored following my next healthy recipe.
