hello HIVE friends in this community, this recipe has been on my social media page for a long time but only recently did I have time to try this recipe, I feel I can master this recipe in one go but definitely because this is the first time I have made this recipe so there must be something that is out of my social media channel, and I realize this that the final result is not the same as what is on my social media, but because I don't accept failure, the food I make is wasted and wasted, in the end I changed this recipe a little to the final result of this cake. and I named this cake Ongol- ongol snow bread.
To make this cake is actually very easy but we need time for the dough to harden and be ready to be cut, maybe you have seen this recipe and put it into practice even though it has a different cake name and slightly different touches.
and the ingredients for making this recipe are:
1. 1 bottle of soy milk
2. 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
3. 1 spoon of olive oil
4. 5 tablespoons of white sticky rice flour
5. ½ tablespoon Agar-Agar flour
6. biscuits for decoration and additional taste
How to make this dish is:
The first step I did was: pour the white sticky rice flour into the pan
The second step is: add just ½ tablespoon of agar-agar powder and mix it with the sticky rice flour

Pour in the granulated sugar, then stir all the ingredients until evenly mixed
The fourth step is: pour in the soy milk while stirring so that it doesn't clump
The fifth step is: pour olive oil into the mixture and stir briefly
The sixth step is: cook over low heat and stir continuously until all the ingredients thicken
Step seven: cool the mixture then put the mixture into a container and don't forget to grease the container with oil so it doesn't stick
Step eight: wait for the mixture to cool, take some biscuits for topping the cake by crushing the biscuits using a glass or whatever material you have.
Step nine: after the dough has cooled, knead the dough using hands that have been coated with plastic so that it doesn't stick, this dough cannot be solid. so that when you squeeze it, it still feels sticky, then after the cake mixture has formed the desired ingredients, add the mixture into the biscuit crumbs
Step ten: and so on until finished and the Ongol-Ongol is ready to be enjoyed
The soft texture combines with the delicious biscuits, especially since the biscuits I chose are those that have a coconut flavor so this cake tastes delicious. You have to try it and develop this recipe according to your wishes
