Hi Hive friends, all of you in this community, greetings are healthy and happy for all of us because not everyone can enjoy a healthy life and not everyone can also consume healthy food, because most of us are most importantly eating delicious food without a clear source. and can fill the stomach until full so you don't feel hungry. And in this case I am one of those who do this, sometimes it seems difficult to get rid of my bad habits, that is, I often consume micin that I get from fast food and it tastes appetizing and very difficult to get rid of.
It took a long time until I was 38 years old, and I started to reduce my consumption of unhealthy food, which I always got from fast food or various kinds of meatballs that I bought on the side of the road without clear hygiene. Even though it is very difficult to get rid of this bad habit, until now I have reduced a lot of unhealthy foods and even though it is heavy, it has shown significant results and tonight I will share with all HIVE friends in the community a simple recipe. which can be enjoyed as a dessert or can also be a main course because it is very filling and healthy.
The dish that I made is a very simple recipe with processed bananas. And this dish is known as KOLAK BANANA. To make this banana compote is not difficult and the ingredients needed are also not much and this compote only requires 3 ingredients. The ingredients needed are definitely ripe BANANA and I use LILIT Bunches bananas because these bananas are fragrant and sweet, I really like them after you know the main ingredient only after that the second ingredient is coconut milk, fresh coconut milk which I got from one coconut intact then the 3rd ingredient is palm sugar.
First the bananas are peeled clean, then after that make coconut milk from one whole coconut as much as 1 liter if we are going to use a banana comb, but this coconut milk is according to your taste, I don't really like thick coconut milk the coconut, then the third ingredient used is just 100 grams of palm sugar so it's not too sweet, because I don't really like too sweet.
The bananas that have been peeled then I cut them into two parts after that mix the coconut milk and palm sugar. In conclusion, put all the ingredients together and cook over medium heat and stir until the coconut milk is cooked or boiling. Making banana compote doesn't take long and I only need 15 minutes to make this compote. This compote can be served while it is warm and can also be served cold after you put it in the fridge.
How is it so easy to make it, right? This recipe is certainly anti-fail. What do you think, do you want to make my recipe? Greetings from us, Tomi and Maya, from the city of Binjai, Indonesia.
