I would also like to add its family name Chenopodiaceae. We have a saying in our town, "Pui is in a shak, and Rohu Carp is in a fish." Puisha is rich in calcium. The yield of this plant is very good in our country. From one tree we can eat this plant for long months according to creation. Let's get to Canva and complete the authoring process.

We have known since childhood that puishaka is rich in calcium. That's why I love eating vegetables. When my mother was alive, we had two mulberry plants growing in our house. With those two plants, we have eaten for about three months. But green vegetables are very good for overall health. We find various types of vegetables in the market which are made to yield quickly by chemical fertilizers, which are very harmful to their health. But we think that organic fertilizers are one of the helpers by planting green vegetables at home.। It is good for pregnant mothers to eat puishak. If the baby's arms and legs are bent in the womb, there is a possibility of correcting it by eating Puishak. But it is better to eat after five to six months. People who have constipation problem can eat this plant. You can make toothpaste by burning the leaves of this plant into ash. If some of you have less urine then you must eat Puishak. Mix mustard oil and puishak together in a pan and pat dry with a sieve to extract little oil. It is beneficial when applied to sores and purulent areas of the body.

Necessary Equipment:-

Puishak (Basella rubra Linn) 600 grams
Two large onions

Step by step making plan

I have bought the puishak of my choice from the market. Showed a selfie. I cut the herbs well. At the same time, I have removed the fibers of the data. Showed a selfie with potted plants.

It took me a long time to release these arts though. But clean operation is better in cooking.

Here I have peeled the ingredients of onion, green chillies and garlic well. After that, I have washed the greens three to four times. So that there is no good in the vegetables. After that, I added salt to the curry with light water, then I fried the vegetables. Boil the vegetables well. Also finely chop the ingredients of onion, green chillies and garlic.

Shown here is a selfie with steamed vegetables. And after mixing well, keep it covered for 15 minutes.

After that we can see that the vegetables are cooked well now we will follow the next step for the next work.

Here I have added 70 grams of soybean oil. I have given the amount of cumin. Sauteed green chillies onion garlic ingredients. I gave enough salt. All the ingredients are well combined to match the curry.

Here I have mixed all the required ingredients well and colored the ingredients light yellow. Then I let the puishak shoot. After that I have combined well. Natural dressing so I didn't use any masala here just cumin to make the taste matchless.

Finally our puishakh is cooked we spoon it out onto a melamine plate to serve.
