Hi Foodie lovers,Once again I welcome you all to my blog.
Today I decided to make a simple breakfast for my kids to eat this morning before going to school,Is being long I cooked jollof Rice for them ,so today I decided to cook a fast and simple one for them.
#INGRIENDIENTS USED#
Five cups of rice
Curry leaves
Vegetable oil
One bulb of onions
One tablespoon of salt
Six pieces of fresh pepper
A tablespoon of curry spice
Water
#PROCEDURE USED#
Firstly I washed my rice, After washing ,I put in my pot and perboiled ,After perboiling I seive it out and set aside.

Secondly I washed and sliced my onions, prepare my sachet tomatoes,wash my curry leaves,and set aside ,then I blend my fresh pepper and set aside .
Thirdly, then I put my pot on the fire and allow it to dry,Then I put my vegetable oil.Put my onions,And my fresh tomatoes ,Add my spice and salt and allow the pot to dry a little,After drying I poured a little water on my pot ,When the water was boiling I poured my rice and stir very well,then covered my pot to allow it to heat very well.
Fourthly after some minutes, My rice was ready and I peeled my Avacado pear and put in the rice for protein for my kids
This is the result of my cooking.
