Today as a pregnant woman,I love porridge plantain because it helps keeping me and my baby Fit ,so today I decided to make this tasty and delicious 🤤 Receipe.
INGREDIENTS USED
Three cups of Beans 🫘
Half litre of Red oil
One Tablespoon of salt
Three pieces of Unriped plantain
Six pieces of fresh pepper 🌶
Half plate of oil bean
Few pieces of Vegetables leaf
Half bulb of onions
Water for cooking 🥘
PROCEDURE
In this procedure,I will show you all how I made this tasty Receipe.
Firstly I washed my vegetable and plantain ,slice them one after the other and set aside.
Then I pounded my pepper and set aside and then put a little water in my pot and allow it to boil a little.
Then after boiling,I added my plantain,my fresh pepper,salt and onions 🧅 .
Then stem for a little while,I added my oil bean and red oil,after a while I now added my vegetable and stired it very well,within some seconds,my plantain porridge was ready to be served.
Now my plantain porridge was ready to be served which I enjoyed very well.
