Hello to all my foodie lovers….I welcome u all once again this evening.
Today my kids were craving for a yummy and delicious Agidi jollof (Corn food)so I started the journey without Hesitation because my kids are worrisome and always loved to do what they requested if am chanced to do it…..Secondly I wasn,t feeling too strong to do it but due to their crying and everything .I embarked in a journey of making agidi jollof(corn food) for them because they are my future and my joy givers….They always love the agidi to always look like pap so I did it for them that way.Relax and watch my requirements and procedure’s following the preparation of my agidi jollof.
INGREDIENTS USED BELOW
One big Onions
Four pieces of fresh tomatoes
Three pieces of fresh pepper
Two bulk of Pap
One tablespoon of salt for taste
One tablespoon of curry powder
Seven pieces of uma leaves(Etere)
Water
PROCEDURE
Without wasting our amazing time.I will show you all how I prepared this yummy,Tasty,and sweet Agidi jollof(Corn food)
First i boiled a very hot water on my gas cooker for the making of the pap.
Secondly I washed and sliced my onions and set aside
After that I wash my fresh pepper and fresh tomatoes together and then put it into my hand blender and blend.
I smoothed my pap with a little cold water and add my hot water in it and set aside.
Then I set my pot on fire to dry water,After drying water, I add my leaf oil and my chops of onions and stir,
Then I added my blended ingredients with my curry spice and a little salt and stir them together
Here is the finishing part of my stew
Then I poured it into the pap and mix them together till it all mixed well
Then I brought out my Uma leaves(Etere) and starts putting it inside the Uma leaves(Etere)Then I add a little water and then put my well wrapped agidi jollof to heat a little and bring it down
Then I dished it out For my joy givers to enjoy.
