Today i would like to share a snack recipe which is just perfect for the insant hunger , any time of the day which we can make in minutes without much efforts and also itโs healthy and suitable for dieting ๐ . Itโs a bhel recipe made by puffed rice.
Bhel or puffed rice chaat is a fmaous street food . Which made with few ingredients without fire . We can add ingredients according to our choice and enjoy it for any time. We can also add roasted peanuts to make it more healthy . This bhel contains fewer calories and best for weigh loss . This is a healthy and yummy snack which i love to have evening.
There are many ways to make this recipe, today here is one of simple way , letโs enjoy :

INGREDIENTS โ๏ธ
- Puffed rice 2 cup
- Onion 2
- Tomato 1
- Green chilli 2
- Salt to taste
- Red chilli powder 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice
- Corinader leaves
- Chutney ( Termind or green ) optional

PROCESS โ๏ธ
First took veggies and chopped all . I just randomly chopped all .
Now in a mixing bowl add chopped veggies, spices .
Also add chutney if you want . This time i add termind chuteny and skip the lemon juice .
Now mix all well and add puffed rice. Here you can add roasted puffed rice or can add directly.
Give it a good mix .
Enjoy it with sev , roasted peanuts or else .
Because i want to make it simple and have with less calories so I donโt mix anything and enjoy it .
