Hello everyone you all are welcome to my blog and today I made a very healthy meal for my family is potatoes with green leaf.
Potatoes is a very sweet and healthy meal rich in starchy and does not require much ingredients when preparing and it turns out very delicious.
One thing I love about potatoes is that is very sweet and healthy.
So I prepare my potatoes with green leaf which is also a very healthy vegetable.
Green leaf is used to prepare so many things like yam, soup, beans, rice and potatoes too.
Let's go with the ingredients I used
INGREDIENTS USED
3 piece of Potatoes
5 tablespoon of red oil
1/2 Onion
Salt to taste
4 piece of fresh pepper
1 bunch of green vegetable
Water.
PROCEDURE
I will first peel my potatoes cut into smaller size wash and put into my neat pot add water and cook.
While waiting for my potatoes to get done I will start washing and cutting my green vegetable.
I will also wash and slice my onions and also pound my pepper.
Now that all my ingredients are ready I will now check if my potatoes is soft I will now put my salt, my red oil and my pepper.
I will also add my slice onions and stir and now put my slice green leaf vegetables and stir very well.
Here my potatoes is ready.
