Hello everyone and happy Sunday to everyone here, how are you all doing today I welcome everyone here to my blog and to share my wonderful recipe I made for Sunday.
It Sunday and I have to prepare something special for Sunday for my family so I made coconut rice with kidney beans and lot's of veggies in it and it turns out very delicious and tempting.
Let's go on the ingredients I used
3 cups of rice
1 cup of kidney beans
1 big coconut
5 piece of carrots
10 piece of green beans
1/2 cup of groundunt oil
Salt to taste
1 medium Onion
1 tablespoon of dry pepper
1 tablespoon of tumeric
Water.
PROCEDURE
Here is the process I used in making my coconut rice
I will first parboil my rice and kidney beans by putting my rice first add water and cook and also add my kidney beans allow to cook for some minutes I will now bring it down and wash.
While still parboiling I will now get my ingredients ready by removing my coconut from the shells, wash them and cut them into pieces I will now blend them with little water and filter it with my firter.
I will also wash my carrots, green beans and onions and slice them.
Here all my ingredients are ready.
In a clean and dry pot I will now put my groundunt oil allow to heat I will now add salt, my onions, my carrots and my green beans and I will stir them together for some minutes I will now add my coconut water.
I will also add my tumeric, my pepper and my rice and kidney beans and stir them together.
I will now allow my food to get done
Here my food is ready.
Looking at this dish is very tempting and the taste is topnotch and what trying.
