Warm greetings to everyone here and to all lovers of fruits I greet you all .
Today I made fruit salad for me and my husband, I love eating fruits a lot because it has a lot of health benefits each of the fruit has its work.
There are lots of fruits on earth this time I have to choose few from the lots of fruits.
INGREDIENTS USED
1/4 of Pineapple
1/4 of Watermelon
6 piece of Bananas
1 Cucumber
2 sachet of good time milk.
HEALTH BENEFIT
PINEAPPLE : this is one of the sweetest fruit and it also has a lot of health benefits it helps in digestive system by digesting food fast and help in boosting the immune system.
WATERMELON
I love watermelon a lot it is good in the body and also good for people suffering for cancer and also gives vitamin B6 and it also helps in digestive system too.
CUCUMBERS
Here in my country we grow cucumber because it helps us a lot both in health and other wise.
It helps in managing blood sugar and also reduce heart healthy.
BANANA
This is one of my favorites fruits and I love eating bananas a lot and it also has a lot of health benefits it includes improving muscle functions and rich in nutrients.
When I was pregnant I was advise by my doctor to talk fruits always and that fruits helps a pregnant woman since I don't take my routine drugs so I did as instructed by my doctor and it works perfectly well.
PROCEDURE
I wash my cucumber a slice it into pieces.
I also wash my bananas and peel.
After peeling I will now cut them into pieces.
I will peel my Pineapple because is already wash and cut them into pieces.
I will now peel my watermelon and remove the seeds and cut them into pieces.
Here am done cutting my fruits I will now add my good time milk.
Here my fruit salad is ready please grab your folk if you didn't see folk bring spoon before I finish it.
Looking at this my fruits is very tempting and the taste is topnotch.
