Hello everyone how are you all doing, today I made this special snacks that is good for morning tea and also good when serve with chilled soft drink.
One of my course mate told me that she made snacks with oat and I love trying things out so today I give it a try but to my greatest surprise it turn out great I don't know that oat meal can bring out something special and unique.
INGREDIENTS USED
3 cups of oat
1/2 tablespoon of nutmeg
2 tablespoon of sugar
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon of yeast
1 cup of groundnut oil
Water.
PROCEDURE
I will first use warm water and sock my yeast and cover for like 10 minutes .
I will now put my oat in my blender and blend for a smooth snacks.
In a clean bowl I will pour my oat add my yeast I will now add my salt, sugar, nutmeg and mix together.
After a proper mix I will now put my groundunt oil in a dry pot add start frying on a lot heat.
Once my snacks is golden I will now bring it out.
Here my healthy oat snacks is ready come close with you tea or your chilling soft drink.
