Today I made a very sweet meal and healthy potatoes with beans.
Potatoes is a very sweet meal and I have to also combine with another sweet meal beans.
Beans and potatoes are sweet in nature and has a lot of health benefits
INGREDIENTS USED
10 piece of potatoes
5 cups of beans
1/4 cup of red oil
1 medium Onions
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon of dry pepper
Water.
PROCEDURE
This process is very easy and simple and I will explain step by step.
Step 1
I will first select my beans by removing the spoilt ones and the chaff I will now put them in my pot add water and cook I will cook for some minutes I will now bring it down and wash.
Step 2
After washing I will now put them back into my pot add water and continue cooking while cooking I will now peel my potatoes wash and cut them into smaller size.
Step 3
Once I check my beans and is about to get soft I will now add my potatoes and also add water to cover my potatoes.
Step 4
This is the last step where I will be putting my ingredients
I will first check my beans and potatoes once they are soft I will now add my red oil, salt slice my onions and put and add my pepper.
I will now stir them together.
Here my beans and potatoes are ready.
Looking at this dish is very simple and easy the taste is topnotch I enjoyed myself with this meal.
